1. Introduction
By booking with Globbic Ltd, you accept these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Deposits and Tickets
- All deposits and tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable unless otherwise specified.
- Tickets are non-transferable, non-reroutable, and name changes are not permitted.
- Fares are not guaranteed until tickets are issued; fare increases due to airline changes are the traveler's responsibility.
3. Passport, Visa, and Immigration Requirements
Travelers must ensure they have valid passports, visas (including transit visas), and other necessary travel documents. Globbic Ltd is not liable for denied entry due to incorrect documentation.
4. Insurance and Baggage Loss
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
- Baggage loss claims must be directed to the airline; Globbic Ltd is not responsible for lost or damaged luggage.
5. Flight Details and Passenger Information
Travelers must verify all flight details (e.g., names, dates, destinations, and baggage allowances) before ticket issuance. Flight reconfirmation is required 72 hours before departure.
6. Special Requests and Medical Issues
Requests such as meal preferences, seat selection, or wheelchair assistance should be made at booking. However, these requests are not guaranteed.
7. Reservation and Payment Policies
A deposit is required to confirm your booking, and cancellation fees apply once confirmed. Full payment secures the fare price for scheduled flights.
8. Changes and Cancellations
Amendments may incur additional fees. Cancellation charges are as follows:
- Over 42 days: Deposit only
- 29–42 days: 50% of total cost
- 15–28 days: 70% of total cost
- 8–14 days: 90% of total cost
- 1–7 days: 100% of total cost
- Charter flight cancellations incur a 100% fee after ticket issuance.
9. Complaints Procedure
Issues during your trip should be reported to local representatives immediately. Written complaints must be submitted within 28 days of your return.
10. Legal Jurisdiction
Bookings are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
11. Agency Role and Liability
Globbic Ltd acts solely as an agent for suppliers and is not liable for their actions or service failures. By booking with Globbic Ltd, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
